Here are the newest pictures for this litter.
This will be the final photo update before they go home.
Everybody has an ID collar.
The girls are in orange.
The boys are in green.
We've had our vet check and 1st shots and everyone got a clean bill of health.
They are exactly 7 weeks old in these pictures.
The Boys
Wheaten Boy #1
His warm up time is very short and he loves to nuzzle into me.
He is jolly and very animated!
Wheaten Boy #2
He's just a tad more careful at first but once you have gained his confidence he is ready to play.
Wheaten Boy #3
He's the reddest pup in the litter.
Almost no warm up time needed and just happy to be part of the team.
He does tend to leap before he looks.... but he's so happy, who has time for all that?
The Black Boy
He seems to be all black, I can find no brindle.
He takes maybe 20 seconds or so to get ready but once he feels safe he's a jolly boy.
He likes to explore.
The Brindle Boy
The only brindle in this litter which is amazing since his Mom is brindle and his Dad is wheaten.
He has an almost 100% black face and then the rest of him is very brindle.
He's a lover not a leader, he is content to let his brothers and sisters go first while he checks stuff out.
He loves peoples and you will get kisses.
The Girls
Wheaten Girl #1
She's fairly confident in most situations.
She seems to like people a lot...she would probably pick you if you visited her.
Wheaten Girl #2
She's curious about everything.
She seems to be one of those pups that is perfectly happy to entertain herself if you are busy.
The Black Girl
She is solid black, I can find no brindle on her at all.
She takes only a minute or so to warm up and then she is a happy puppy that seems to be down with whatever you want to do!

On June 7th, 2026, Diamond Rio and Red Velvet Teddy Bear had 8 beautiful babies.
FIVE BOYS & THREE GIRLS
3 boys are wheaten
1 boy is black
1 boy is brindle
1 girl is black
2 girls are wheaten
Rio is Brindle
Teddy is Wheaten

They are now almost totally weaned and eating solid food.
Early next week we get our vet check and first shots.
