Here are the newest pictures for these guys.
This will be the final photo update before they go home.
Our vet check and 1st shots are behind us, they are now weaned and everyone doing great!
They are exactly 6 weeks and 1 day old in these pictures.
The Boys
Black Boy #1
He prefers the company of people over puppies.
He's a lover, not a fighter.
Black Boy #2
He's the smallest boy, he's friendly and curious about everything.
You can find a few light brindle hairs on his feet in some places but it takes a lot of light to see it, I still consider him to be black.
Black Boy #3
He's very friendly like his brothers, he likes to play and explore.
Also has a few light brindle hairs on some of his feet if you look closely.
Black Boy #4
He will not be ignored and if you do ignore him he will let you know.
Loves people and play time.
He has the most brindle on his feet of all the pups...but only on the feet.
The Wheaten Boy
He's brave and sure. When they were 3 weeks old he was the first pup to be brave enough to scooch to me.
He's a red wheaten.
The Girls
The Black Girl
She's brave and curious, she's not the leader of the pack but she might be second in command.
I can't find any brindle on her, maybe one or two hairs if you try really hard.
The Wheaten Girl
She's the most cautious in this litter but once she feels safe she plays hard and struts her stuff.
She's a looker and she knows it!
She is a red wheaten.

On February 22nd, 2025, Amazing Grace (Gracie), along with Ringo had a beautiful litter of 7.
2 girls and 5 boys.
1 girl is black
1 girl is wheaten.
4 boys are black
1 boy is wheaten.
Mama is Black.
Daddy is Silver Brindle.

This litter is still very young, they only opened their eyes two weeks ago. They've only started walking instead of scootching 1 week ago.
They are still nursing with Mama but will learn about solid food this week.

The Boys
I need to use a lot of light when I shoot the black pups, this tends to whitewash the wheatens but they are darker as you will see later.
The Girls
Just the two wheatens (shown without too much light), both are reddish.
The girl is on the right, she is a bit darker.
