Here are the newest pictures for this litter.
This will be the final update before the pups go home.
Everyone has a new ORANGE ID collar, this will remain with them until they go home.
We had a good vet check last week for everyone, the pups are now weaned and doing great!
These pictures were shot yesterday, they are exactly 7 weeks old here.
The BLACK AND BLACK-BRINDLE GIRLS
Black Girl #1 (Black)
I am calling her black but some brindle can be found on her.
If you look closely you can see some on her back left foot, a few silver hairs on the side of her face and 4 or 5 hairs into a milk chin.
She's 99.5% black but remember, her daddy is a silver-brindle. She may get some brindle highlights as she ages, she may not but it's possible.
She is happy and easily excitable and curious. She's a leap first and look last kind of girl.
Black Girl #2 (Black-Brindle)
There is no missing her brindle but she is still about 80% black I would say so I'm calling her black-brindle.
She's mostly confident when her sisters are with her, she's happy and playful without a worry in the world.
The WHEATEN GIRLS
Wheaten Girl #1
She's the lighter of the 2 wheatens but she has some very nice red highlights.
She's not as brave as her sisters, it takes her a minute to access the situation but once she feels safe she jumps in and plays hard.
Wheaten Girl #2
She's the reddest girl.
She's a litter braver than her wheaten sister but not quite as brave as her black sisters.
Once she feels safe she likes to play and explore.

10 days old and wow have they grown!
These pictures were taken yesterday, the pups are exactly 5 weeks and 6 days old here.
They are now 100% weaned away from Mama and eating solid food.
Later this week we go for our vet check and 1st inoculations.
The next time you see these guys, each puppy will get an individual photo set and each puppy will have an ID collar.

On February 28th 2024, My newest girl French Riviera (River for short) and Silverado had a beautiful litter of 4.
ALL GIRLS!
1 black, 1 black-brindle and 2 wheatens
This is River's first litter.
River is Black
Silverado is Silver-Brindle
